Elevate Your Frontline Teams Beyond Technical Expertise
Sessions Begin April 23, 2026!
Technical know-how builds projects. However, it's soft skills and leadership acumen that build strong teams, ensure safe job sites, and foster lasting success.
Too often, frontline professionals are promoted for their technical expertise but aren't given the training to master the communication, conflict resolution, cultural awareness, and talent development that set true leaders apart. That's where the ACI Leadership in Construction Training Program comes in.
Over 8 sessions between April 23 and October 31, 2026, participants will gain practical tools in:
⇒ Communication & cultural awareness to engage diverse teams
⇒ Mental health & wellness to foster safe and resilient workplaces
⇒ Conflict resolution & safety to keep projects moving forward
⇒ Talent development to inspire the next generation of builders
⇒ And more!
Sessions are set for the dates below. Most sessions will be 8 am–12 pm, with a few exceptions:
• April 23

Investing in this program strengthens more than your team’s skillset—it strengthens your bottom line.
