Construction Career Days (CCD) is the largest construction-based career exploration and hiring event in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, and one of the largest in the nation. In 2024, the event connected 3,265 middle and high school students from 60+ districts with 75+ exhibitors from every industry sector through interactive activities, career information, and employment opportunities.
Additionally, the event welcomed 200+ Student VIPs: individuals who expressed interest in a career in commercial construction and are eligible for work. Following the event, more students than ever were employed as a result of Construction Career Days, and in 2025 our goal is to grow the number of participants hired to increase the craft workforce heading into Summer.

This is a pre-pay event for exhibitors. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable. However, substitutions are welcome.
