Construction Career Days (CCD) is the largest construction-based career exploration and hiring event in the Tri-State. Over 3000 middle and high school students from 60+ districts attend, with 75+ exhibitors from every sector of the industry to provide hands-on activities, information on careers, and employment opportunities.
This past May, more students than ever were employed as a result of Construction Career Days and in 2024 our goal is to grow the number of participants hired to increase the craft workforce heading into Summer.
