Productive Safety Workshop Series

ACI and Reflect Consulting Group present a series of web-based presentations designed to further your knowledge and expertise in the areas of Human Performance and Productive Safety.

In this five-part series, instructor Ron Gantt will create a learning environment that challenges participants to expand their thinking as they learn the principles of a productive safety management program that focuses on work and treats people as the solution, not the problem.

Instruction and discussion of the key factors that drive human performance and how to effectively shift your organization’s perspective on safety, ie: Safety Differently, Safety-II, etc.

Session 1 Productive Safety Accident Investigation - June 18, 19, 25, 26 (four two-hour classes)

Session 2 Learning from Everyday Work - July 16, 17, 23, 24 (four two-hour classes)

Session 3 Systems Thinking for Safety - August 6, 7, 13, 14 (four two-hour classes)

Session 4 Resilience Engineering - September 17, 18, 24, 25 (four two-hour classes)

Session 5 Safety Innovation - October 8, 9 (two two-hour classes)

All Classes Run From 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. You may select individual classes or the entire series at a discount.
